Ava's art is inspired by her friends and family, and her favourite animals and places.

Ava likes to listen to Bruce Springsteen and Johnny Cash while she paints, and finds painting relaxing.

Visitors to her exhibitions have admired the vibrancy of her work, and her ability to convey emotion and freedom through her use of colour, movement and shapes.

Ava has Down's Syndrome and Autism and finds that creating art keeps her calm and makes her feel happy.
